Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to product authenticity and packaging integrity, please carefully review our refund and return policy below before placing your order.
📦 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Please understand that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under the following conditions:

You changed your mind after purchase

You received duplicate designs from a blind box purchase

The product has minor cosmetic flaws originating from the brand

Packaging damage caused during international shipping
Once you place an order, it means you agree to and accept this refund policy.
✅ Exceptions – When Refund or Return May Be Accepted
We may consider a refund, return, or replacement only under these specific circumstances:

The product is severely damaged due to non-human causes during transit (excluding packaging box)

You received the wrong item (different from your order)
To process such a claim, you must provide an unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the entire opening process, starting from the unopened parcel. This helps us verify the issue and process support accordingly.
We cannot accept aftersale claims without a complete unboxing video.
🧸 Blind Box Disclaimer
As a reseller, we source our blind boxes from professional and verified suppliers to ensure authenticity. However, due to the randomized nature of blind box products:

Duplicate characters or designs are considered normal and not eligible for return/refund.

Original defects from the brand, including misprints or small imperfections, are not within our control and not covered by this policy.
📦 Packaging & Shipping Damage
We take extreme care to package your products securely using durable cartons and protective bubble wrap. However, during international shipping, external box damage may still occur due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., customs checks, air pressure, handling).
